We want you to love your Nilaura experience. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email us at info@nilaurabeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the simple return process and provide a return address for your shipment.
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please include a photo in your email and we’ll sort it out immediately—at no cost to you.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.
Exclusions
- Used, opened, or sale items are not eligible for return/refund unless defective.
- Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.
